The guys installed a new water heater. They we very professional and cleaned up the area perfectly. Trust was very responsive. Called on Monday and they were here Tuesday morning. Great company.

Called for an estimate to replace four wall flush toilets. Gave me a time for the estimate came out on time and gave me a fair price and did awesome work. Highly recommend. No complaints here. Awesome staff and cleaned up their mess. Five stars for sure.
In reading the first question for review, there were five choices. I can honestly say, they were professional, they were responsive, and they were timely. But then, at $250.00 an hour, why wouldn’t the be. Our bad (Lee Plastic) for not asking questions ...first, especially, how much, and secondly, since the repair issue wasn’t resolved the first trip, will we have to pay for the second trip? After spending nearly a thousand dollars to repair a water heater, we did receive a ten percent discount, therefore the price was only nine hundred for the repair. Even though I wasn’t the person that called Trust Plumbing, and I’ve never heard of them, make sure you ask questions, I.e., how much do you charge, and if you don’t fix it the first time what does it cost me to get it fixed?Read More...
